Do you Deliver Australia Wide?
Yes, we can deliver to most locations. Delivery costs throughout Australia vary greatly so please email us with your postcode and your product of interest and we'll quote you: [email protected]

When will my order be delivered?
Most deliveries take place within 5 to 7 working days. "Next day" deliveries are subject to availability so please call (03) 9781 0799 to ensure we have
your product in stock for immediate delivery. Once your order arrives in our store, you will be contacted by our delivery drivers to arrange a date and
time that suits you best

How much does delivery cost?
We have our own dedicated delivery team and have also negotiated competitive rates with carriers for regional areas. We do not make a profit on delivery charges.

Can I collect my order?
Yes, you can collect your order from our showroom/warehouse located at 4 Kitson Street, Frankston, Victoria. 3199

Which days of the week do you deliver?
We deliver Monday – Friday and by special arrangement, evenings and Saturday.

What will happen on the day of delivery?
On receipt of your order, we will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. The appointment is typically a 4 hour window period Monday to Friday, or by arrangement Saturday. If requested we can call you on the day of delivery to give you a two hour delivery window.

Every effort is made to ensure that the product is delivered on time. You will need someone at the delivery address who will be able to take charge of the item ordered, if you are out when the delivery arrives we will leave a card with a phone number for you to re-arrange delivery directly.

What happens if my goods are damaged on delivery?
In the unlikely event that an item is found to be damaged or defective on receipt, please contact us on
(03) 9781 0799 within 24 hours. We will replace any item that is found to be defective at the time of delivery.
