What happens once I place an order?
After placing an order, you will be sent an “Order Confirmation” email containing your order number, items ordered, the total of your order and your delivery details. If you have paid in full this email is your receipt. For orders not paid by credit card the order is not complete until payment is received. Once your order is complete will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard etc.) Not AMEX or Diners, PayPal, direct deposit, cash, cheque and offer interest free credit.

Are my payments secured?
Payment via credit card or any other form are private and never stored after receipt

When must I pay?
Credit Card payments, PayPal or Direct Debit must pay the full price in Australian dollars as indicated on your Order Confirmation within 48 hours from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation. If payment is not received within 48 hours from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation, Warehouse Direct Furniture reserves the right to cancel the transaction. Your order is only delivered after payment is received or by special arrangement by phone.

Do you offer interest free financing?
Should you wish to take advantage of our interest free credit, please visit our showroom.

Can I pay by cash or cheque?
Yes. If you wish to pay for your purchase by cash please visit our showroom located at 4 Kitson Street, Frankston Victoria 3199.Cheques will be accepted and not delivered until payment has cleared. We accept COD only by prior arrangement with one of our consultants.
