Warehouse Direct Furniture is committed to keeping your personal information safe.

Credit card details are never stored on our system or any system that is connected to the Internet and is not stored on the Warehouse Direct Furniture server. Information such as your name and address is stored on our server as a convenience to customers and for us to facilitate any customer service enquiries.


Privacy Policy

Your privacy is our priority. All our customer’s personal details are kept strictly confidential any information given to us is used solely to process orders. We will not, under any circumstances, pass on personal details to third parties without first requesting your consent. When necessary, customer information will, however, be shared with one or more third parties solely for the purpose of credit card authorizations, financing applications and order fulfilment. We respect your privacy and we observe the same policies on your data shared with us either by telephone, instant messaging, e-mail or facsimile.



Can I change or cancel my order?
If you find that for any reason you need to cancel or change an item in your order, please call us on 03 9781 0799 or email [email protected] an order has already been processed and dispatched from our warehouse we unfortunately cannot cancel or vary it. You will then need to follow our Returns and Exchange procedures.

What is your returns and refunds policy?
Please contact us on (03) 9781 0799 or email us at [email protected] with your name, original order number and the item you are returning. We will arrange for the item to be collected and returned to our warehouse. Once the item is back at our warehouse, we will arrange for delivery of the replacement item.All delivery and incidental charges to return the item or deliver the new item are the customer's responsibility and delivery fees will not be refunded.


What warranties do your products carry?
Every product you purchase comes with a minimum 12-month manufactures warranty to protect you from product defects. Many offer 5 to 10 year warranties. Product warranties differ between manufacturers and between models.

How do I go about lodging a complaint?

Your complaint will be acknowledged on receipt and will be dealt with fairly, confidentially and effectively.
You will be kept fully informed of all progress made.
